Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms concern use of the Adelie Music Productions, LLC website. We are based in Washington State, United States. Contact: info@adeliemusic.com.
Website purpose
This website introduces the creative work and business of Timothy L Osborne and Adelie Music Productions, LLC and invites project inquiries. No products, downloads, or subscriptions are currently offered for purchase on this website.
Project inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, or establish a price or commitment. Any engagement, fees, schedule, deliverables, usage rights, and cancellation terms will be agreed separately in writing. We do not offer recording services to the public.
Intellectual property
Website text, logos, imagery, music, and scores are owned by their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not grant permission to copy, distribute, adapt, synchronize, commercially use, or otherwise exploit protected material except as allowed by law or written permission. Contact us for licensing inquiries.
Material you submit
Only send material you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in material you send; you allow us to review and use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry. Please arrange any confidentiality agreement before sending confidential project materials. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the site.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website unlawfully, submit malicious content, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.
External links and availability
External websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their content. We may update or suspend website content and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page will be error-free.
Website information and liability
Website content is general information and is not a binding offer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate written project agreements govern commissioned work.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Washington State law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of website and inquiry information. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a revised date. Changes do not amend an existing project agreement unless separately agreed.
